Get to know your agent a little better, from both a professional and personal perspective. In this month’s post, meet Lisa Brown, our agency’s processor, who joined the Eaton & Berube team in 2003.
A member of our team since 2003, Lisa Brown recently celebrated her 11-year anniversary with Eaton & Berube. As our agency’s processor, she holds her property and casualty insurance license as well as the Accredited Customer Service Representative designation.
On a daily basis, Lisa processes renewals and other transactions, including change requests and endorsements, for both our commercial and personal lines departments. She also assists with certificates of insurance and claims as needed.
“The thing I enjoy most about my job is the variety of work on a day to day basis,” she said, adding that her coworkers are very friendly and helpful. “If I have a question or issue they are always there to help.”
“Lisa is extremely efficient and reliable,” said Eaton & Berube President Marc Berube. “We appreciate her many years of service and contributions to the agency.”
Outside of the office, Lisa looks forward to spending time with her family and their new puppy.
